Mentalism is heavily based on illusion, using skills that defy whether or not the illusion is performed successfully and the audience are to believe in the show. There is not needed any special powers to be a mentalist and the tricks involved can be learned by anyone, but it isn't an easy task.

Mentalists will often use some of the following techniques to achieve their results:

Hypnosis

This would only be used by the top mentalists who have studied hypnosis closely, as they are often hypnotizing their subject without the subject or the audience knowing what is happening. This form of hypnosis is commonly known as conversational or covert hypnosis.

Body Language

All humans use body language and we all attempt to read each other as well, but this is usually done subconsciously. Learning body language is very useful and puts you at an advantage when communicating in our day-to-day lives, but a mentalist can take this to the next level. Learning about body language and more advanced skills like muscle reading and eye movements can give quite remarkable results, and mentalists will often read body language to give the impression of mind reading.

Memory Techniques

Some of the extraordinary feats performed by magicians and mentalists are done so by using advanced memory techniques known as mnemonics. Mnemonics can be used to greatly improve your memory and involve techniques that anyone can learn. It is not that difficult to memorize a deck of cards with a bit of practice, however mentalists will often use misdirection so that you may believe the trick is done some other way, when for example they have merely memorized a sequence of cards.

Mentalism is a great skill to learn and is based on the art of illusion. Don't be fooled into thinking you need special powers or skills, mentalism is something that anyone can learn if they are prepared to put in the time and effort to do so. Whether you want to become a serious mentalist, learn how to read people better, or just learn some cool tricks to impress your friends, there is no doubting that mentalism is a fascinating topic with some really cool tricks and skills that anyone can learn if they are prepared to put in the time and effort to learn, practice and perform.

Hope you like writing too... it is important that you keep a personal diary.

Ensure that you're learning from experiences by writing them down in a daily. It is fascinating to look back on your thinking process. In doing so, you can often make connections that you had missed the first time around. Remember those times when you stop and make a connection to some past event and you think how dumb you where?! A diary will help you find answers to a lot of questions.

Start modeling!

Associate with smart people and you will become smarter, and gain knowledge and insight from them. Stimulating conversation doesn't need to involve debates or formal talks. Any social gathering will do as well as a phone call or even an online chat. Copy people that have succeed. Learn their skills and leverage points. How always remember... there are "successful" people that don't know how to gain a dime... they are only successful in burning what others have gather... you will not want to model a leash!

The brain can easily fall into a rut. If you do the same things day in and day out, you will lull your brain into a deep sleep. This is why many production line workers of the early automobile industry went nuts. Take a different route to work sometimes, eat at a different restaurant and walk down an unknown street. They don't have to be big things, but try to vary your routine a little to keep things fresh and allow your brain to make new neural connections.

Stay open to all options.

Each day you will be facing many decisions that require thought and an educated know how if you want to make the best choice. This is one of the best ways to remain sharp. There are often many solutions to the same problem, but there is usually only one that is the best. To get to the best solution, you will need to list all the possible options and explore them in depth. You must be able to incorporate complex "if this, then that" types of reasoning into your decision-making process to account for all possibilities. Once you train yourself to do this, you'll find that your decisions will be of better quality. Never forget that sloppy thinking leads to sloppy results.

If you are interested in making beats and taking it seriously, I'm sure you've heard the buzz about Beat Generals recently.

Well the other day, I kept hearing buzz about a service called Beat Generals.  Beat Generals is a site that uses FL Studio to teach you how to make professional sounding hip hop beats with easy to follow HD video tutorials!  In case you don't already know, FL Studio is a pretty cheap, easy to find, music creation software suite responsible for hit records by Drake, Jay Z, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross and others.  It's the easiest to use software for creating hip hop beats today.

The reason for the excitement around Beat Generals is that nothing has ever really made it easier to progress with making hip hop beats so easily. They have literally taken the trials and tribulations a music producer would face for years and broken it down into easy to follow HD video tutorials to guide you past the pitfalls, so you're up and running making dope beats in a fraction of the time it would usually take.

Your Mind is as Malleable as Clay…

And you can reshape it to effortlessly attract your desires, taking the hard work out of success.

The study analyzed the brains of meditating monks, and found that their specific style of meditation physically changed their brains to experience more joy. Now, most people who meditate enter the Alpha State: the same state your mind is in when you’re relaxed or daydreaming. It’s pleasant, but it’s not enough to reshape your mind. But the monks in this study were using a deeper style of meditation, putting their brains into the Theta State. That’s the same state your mind is in during hypnosis. It’s when your brain is most ready to be reformed. It’s the secret behind Elevating Your Brain, so you can start achieving embarrassing levels of success, without stress, and without hard work. Meditation experts normally spend decades learning how to enter the Theta State, but thanks to this new Stanford study, I’ve discovered a much simpler way to do it.

Step 1 is the “Clean Slate Mind.”

To get started, you’ve got to put stress and worry out of your mind. Obviously, that’s not easy to do. So you’ll need a pen, a piece of paper, and an empty drawer. This technique is fantastic, simple and it works!

You start by writing down everything you’ve been stressed about. Then you make one simple move that tricks your mind into forgetting all about your worries. If you don’t do it exactly right, it won’t work. See how to do it here!

Step 2, “Priming the Positivity Pump.”

If you want to attract your ideal life, you have to send a positive signal to the universe.

You do that by filling your mind with positive thoughts.

But you already know, you can’t just “think happy thoughts.”

That’s why step 2 is so important. It is a simple trick to “Prime the Positivity Pump,” and start programming your brain to automatically send a positive signal to the universe.

Want to know how?

Step 3, “Daytime Dreaming” Visualization Techniques.

You’ve heard about visualization. But did you know that 96% of meditation “experts” make one simple visualization mistake? That mistake stops them from ever entering the Theta State.

Here’s what happens: they use outdated visualization techniques that don’t work.

But Eric learned these “Daytime Dreaming” techniques in a small monastery in East Asia. They help your visualization become so powerful, that it’s like a beacon to the universe, forcing it to send your desires.

These techniques helped Eric avoid that one simple visualization mistake, and got him ready for the final step. The Elevator to the Theta State.

Step 4: Elevator to the Theta State

Now that you’ve prepped your mind, you’re ready.

This is the meditation technique that Eric learned from Art Mantri.

It eases you deeper and deeper into your mind, until you enter the Theta State. Then it reshapes your mind to start manifesting your desires and attracting success.

Find the all program here!

Unlike other programs, Thought Elevators doesn’t require any hard work. Other programs make you schedule hours every day to meditate.

But Thought Elevators elevates your brain and pulls your mind into the Theta State without extended meditation.

Does any of this sound like you? Have you tried every program out there but still haven't achieved the results you want? Are you frustrated by not knowing exactly what to eat and how to workout for your goals? You want to change for the better but feel discouraged by the lack of support in your life? You are prepared to do what it takes if only you could trust someone who will guide you?

Obviously you haven't given up because you are here! We know this is how you feel because we used to be in your shoes. There are solutions that allow you to turn the table, by transforming your body and your live. If you're not happy with your body and your health please keep reading because no matter what is your age, fitness level or body type, this can be the first day of your "dream come true" transformation.
